Quiet hotel that has amicable staff especially the receptionist. The rooms are comfortable, fantastic, and come with central heating, TV set, and a private entrance. A bathroom is equipped with bidet.

Appreciated this quiet accommodation with excellent staff, especially the receptionist. it was particularly good exactly like on pictures. Just 5 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground was a big plus. I found the Hotel Al Karmel in Tunis to be a peaceful place with wonderful staff, particularly the receptionist. the hotel lived up to the pictures and the convenience of being just a short walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground was a major advantage.

I really liked this quiet accommodation with respectful staff, especially the receptionist. the single room I stayed in was cosy, exactly like in the pictures. the location was marvelous for me, near the center of Tunis, the airport, and downtown.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service. I appreciated the good shower amenities provided. The location of the hotel was great, situated on a quiet street but still close to downtown. This was very convenient for my business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, some of the rooms facing the backyard were not soundproof, and the noise from the AC engines outside was unbearable.
